Richard Boulton In November 2000, the Lord spoke to me that He wants His 'resident healing presence' in the UK as it is in other nations. This word eventually took us to the Spokane Healing Rooms in Washington State USA. I did not fully know exactly what the Lord meant by 'resident healing presence' at the time He gave the word, but I believe part of it is the healing rooms anointing and ministry here. I believe that there are realms of God that are only discovered by pioneers, settlers don't see it or understand it. I believe there is an apostolic move of the Holy Spirit to bring the government of healing back into the church, His body. God is changing the way healing has been approached by the church and I believe God wants His RESIDENT HEALING PRESENCE to be in every city in every nation. Keri Jones God gave a word to well loved and respected prophet Keri Jones, for a church in Southport UK to open 'healing rooms'. They did not know what healing rooms were and so they went back to Keri to find out. He did not know what they were either but said that God had told him to use that phrase! Barbara Wentroble (Last day of Northwest Intercessor's Conference March 10, 2001 Portland Oregon) And I heard the Spirit of the Lord say, "This is an hour that I am going to release an anointing upon My spiritual explorers in this area. They're going to discover rivers of water, and they're going to discover healing streams. This is an hour that I am going to cause streams to begin to come together in this area. And even as the streams and tributaries begin to join together, I'm going to release a power in this area, and it shall be a power that shall cause healings and miracles to be released. I purpose this area to be an area of healing. "I'm going to even raise up healing centres from city to city and region to region. There will be healing cities. And many will come into those healing waters and they shall find healing, and they shall find restoration. Know that as I release My healing anointing, not just the church is going to come, but know that I shall bring the desperate. I shall bring those that do not know Me, but they are desperate for a miracle. And they shall come into those healing centres, and I shall release My healing, restoration power. It will cause a mighty harvest to break open in this area. Where other cities have had people come from far corners of the earth to receive refreshing and renewal in places such as Toronto and Pensacola, I'm going to cause those that need to be healed to come into this area, and they will get into the healing waters of My Spirit. "And in these healing centres that I am going to raise up from city to city, I'm going to release miracles in this hour. I will be glorified. For even as it was in the past when I sent explorers into this territory to find, and they found sources of water, I say My spiritual explorers in this area are going to find healing waters and healing streams. I'm going to loose the waters of revival in this area. I'm going to change the statistics of this area. No longer will they be able to report that this is the least evangelized area, but they will report a mighty move of My Spirit in this area. And I shall cause an influx of people to come even out of the nations of the world. And they shall come to behold the mighty things that the Lord shall do in this area. Apostolic Council of Prophetic Elders This group includes ministers such as Dutch Sheets, Mike Bickel, Mike and Cindy Jacobs, Tommy Tenney, Barbara Wentroble, Bart Pierce, under the Apostolic leadership of C Peter and Doris Wagner. "A new signs and wonders movement is coming which is sgnificantly greater than what was seen in the days of the post war healing evangelists. Part of the fruit of this movement will be healing centres which will be built around the world and devoted to praying for the sick and casting out devils accordiing to Luke 10:19. One of the distinctions of this movement will be the raising of the dead. This will break barrenness off of the church and such great fruitfulness will result that whole cities will turn to Christ and be transformed...." Todd Bentley Once again great multitudes will come from all over the world to geographical healing centres just like God did in Spokane in the early 1900's with John G Lake's ministry. The mayer of the city of Spokane WA, called Spokane "The healthiest city in America." GOD'S PROMISE TO FILL HEALING ROOMS- "Thus says the Lord: 'Make this valley full of ditches.' For thus says the Lord: 'You shall not see wind, nor shall you see rain; yet that valley shall be filled with water. And this is a simple matter in the sight of the Lord; Now it happened in the morning, when the grain offering was offered, that suddenly water came by way of Edom, and the land was filled with water." (2 Kings 3:16-20) God
told them to prepare in the famine for the water, by digging ditches (water
canals). And then one day, it could be today or tomorrow - with no sign
of wind nor rain, when it seems like we aren't getting the break-through
and level we are looking for in healing, and we continue to persist in
prayer, preaching and prayers for the sick "boom,!" the water
canals become suddenly full!!!
